Trading rules
Both collectors must qualify. Each exchange uses one of each collector’s 3 trades per rolling 24 hours. Received cards cannot be traded or recycled for 24 hours. Starter and welcome cards can be traded once you qualify. Up to 5 active listings and 10 outgoing offers; each expires after 7 days.
